2948 Alta, Los Olivos (3/3 on .75 of an acre) 965K Seems like everybody wants Los Olivos. Here is one within easy distance to town center and the elementary school. You can see by the aerial pic that its location is very close to the highway but as we saw with nearby 2984 San Marcos, proximity to the highway is not necessarily a barrier to sale if the property is special enough. This one in pics looks nicer than the average home near town so perhaps someone will carry a torch for it too. 2984 San Marcos certainly had no shortage of suitors. The lot is larger than most in town LO homes at three quarters of an acre. This home will be open on broker tour tomorrow so I'll now more then.

If you missed it the first time around you'll be happy to know it came down from 639K and is now 625K. Not a huge reduction but a signal from the sellers they want to sell. In turn key shape with a lovely back yard. Super nice highly desirable area. Check it out, it’s a good one.
272 Riverview, Buellton (5/3 on .16 of an acre) 450K That was a no brainer in this highly desirable river side pride of ownership neighborhood. This is the big model and the best in my opinion. As the narrative states, this is a fixer which is why the price is slightly depressed. We have seen high 4's to low or mid 5's in here lately.

What good is a back yard if everyone else can watch you enjoy it? This one is nicely secluded and far enough down on the hill that you can easily stroll into one of the many nearby shops.
