I have seen it at other times of the day too and it never disappoints but I'm here to tell you, at about 6:00 in the evening, the views from this parcel will knock you right out of your seat. I'm talking mesmerizing. You can gaze at the larger than life foothills and honestly, the colors and shadows change every few minutes. It's nothing short of magical. I know many of you out there are view seekers (or their significant other is a view seeker). So you know how important a view is. Here is the other interesting benefit - this home is extremely private. That is a hard to find combination in the Alisal in this price range - views and privacy. Many of these homes are in close proximity to others or are set next to the golf course where passersby are right there in your space. This particular home offers private uninterrupted views of the foothills, dramatic picture perfect oak tree scenes combined with the ability to live your life without being a spectator sport. Much trendier than most other Alisal Ranch homes, I find the kitchen fun central. You can't avoid having a good time here. Alisal Ranch homes are on leased land which is why the price is so good. At the end of the day, compared to a similar property outside the ranch, probably apples and apples. You are just paying it out differently. If you like a gated golf course upscale life style with big views and a lot of wow factor, it just doesn't get much better.

I have no pics, virtual tour or anything. Shame on me! Coordinating with the nice tenants here, I won't be able to get into the property for photos until Friday. So, until then, I'm winging it. The coolest thing about this property is the positively huge barn/work shop in the back complete with cabinetry, work benches and a vacuum system. Considering the lack of inventory in the affordable ranges, seems like there are lots of buyers out there that would be willing to do that to capture a nice house in the low 4's.
